We are so thankful for our Board members who are faithfully committed to hold us all accountable to maintaining the unity, purposes and values of the bridge. They are servants of Christ and His church, reflecting the four team building Biblical elements of leadership as described in the four C’s of Leadership at the bridge: character, competency, chemistry and capacity.

While you feel the weight of responsibility to carry, you also consider it a privilege and have fun together as the spiritual guides and overseers of our church. You are devoted to creating the end goals and ask, “Where do we see God leading us in the future, 10 years down the road?” It is then that Brian mobilizes the staff and ministries to meet those goals.

The role of a Board member at the bridge is to partner with the Lead Pastor in the overall direction, governance, and administration of the bridge, so as to guide the pastors and congregation towards best practices and purposeful ends. Please read the Board Member Job Description and Nomination Guidelines for further detailed information.
