Kidzone: April 16 Update
“Masks are the great booger barrier for kids.” Catch your attention? It sure caught mine when I read it. And it’s true! Check out this short article from Parent Cue on, “5 Lessons Learned from a Year of Pandemic Parenting.” There have been some incredibly tough days this past year. There is no doubt about that. And also, there have been moments of joy and of learning. Sometimes smiling and knowing you aren’t alone, helps. You can read the article HERE.
With the call made of kids being back home for virtual school, we took a poll on Instagram to see if it would be a blessing to any of our families to come back with lunch-time stories. According to the feedback we got- it would for quite a few of you! We will resume having lunch-time stories every Wednesday from 12:30-1:00pm on Instagram LIVE (@bridgekidzone) starting Wednesday April 21st. Even if you’re only able to pop on for a few minutes, we read 2 stories; so, you can always catch 1. It’s a great opportunity to connect with one another in the chat. Any and all are welcome! If you or your child would like to be a mystery guest reader, let me know!
OUR KIDZONE KONNECTION GROUPS FOR GRADE 1-5 KIDS CONTINUE THIS SUNDAY, April 18th! It’s our joy to spend time relationship building with your kids. If your child isn’t part of a group, please contact me for more information on these bi-weekly groups, and if you’d like to sign your child up! We’d love to connect with them.

REMINDER: OUR FAMILY-LUAU THEMED DRIVE-THRU IS POSTPONED (not canceled)! We will keep you posted on the new date for this as soon as possible. We want to make this event as safe and fun as possible for your kids and family!
