Kidzone: February 26 Update

Feb 26, 2021Kidzone Online

happy friday, Kidzone Families!

It was SO INCREDIBLE to see how many families participated in this year’s, “Coldest Night of the Year” to support a variety of ministries & charities working to fight homelessness in our regions. the bridge had a goal of raising $5,000, and we have tripled that amount: thanks be to God! These are such priceless opportunities to have intentional and meaningful conversations with your children about looking beyond ourselves and using our time and resources to serve others in love, as Jesus has called us to.

Could spring actually be on its way? DON’T MISS OUT ON THIS! We will be providing a curbside pick-up option for our spring quarter curriculum resources, along with an engaging & fun, ‘Easter Adventures Devotional’ for your family to participate in, the week leading up to Good Friday & Resurrection Sunday (there may also be an Easter treat in the bag!) We are encouraging all of our families to engage in this week of short and fun family devotionals leading up to Easter, TOGETHER! PLEASE HEAD TO THE LINK HERE to sign up for your curbside pick-up time at The Olive Branch Church. I can’t wait to see you and send ‘brain hugs’ through the windows to you all!

If you missed it last week, we shared that in the hopes of waiting to see if we can do a safe Drive-Thru event for your kids this Spring, we have decided to postpone our annual March Break “Family Luau” until April, so it aligns with your kids’ break. Stay tuned!

Our weekly Kidzone updates and Sunday experiences are updated on our website by Friday at 4pm. You can find all that you will need for your child, according to the headings, by visiting: www.kidzoneonline.ca

I love connecting with your kids and family on a personal level. It has been SUCH a joy to do so with many of you this past year! Never hesitate to respond with a time when when we can do so! It brings me such joy to be able to support and journey with your kids, and with you.

In His Love,

Pastor Shauna
