Kidzone: January 21 Update

Jan 21, 2022Kidzone Online

Congratulations to Katrina Santiago who won our ‘Habits of the Household’ book giveaway last weekend! Watch our Instagram page @bridgekidzone for another giveaway really soon.

I wanted to thank those of you who attended our Online Parent Seminar on Monday evening with Leanne Cabral! What an absolute gift that was. If you missed it, you can check out a practical resource on Navigating Family Stress that Leanne left us over on our resource page HERE

Our Online Kidzone Konnection groups continue THIS SUNDAY January 23rd at 10am, so make sure you mark your calendars! We will be continuing on with our MIRACLES series and looking at the way Jesus healed a blind man!

As promised, I have another update for you in regards to in-person Kidzone at the bridge. Our church leadership and Kidzone leadership teams have collectively decided that we will continue on with the temporary pause of in-person ministry as a precautionary measure. It is our hope and prayer that we will re-launch in-person Kidzone on Sunday, February 13th and that things will be in a safer state to gather our children and volunteer teams together. These are not easy decisions, but we make them based on prayer, joint discussions and feedback. We MISS seeing your kids and we love them dearly.

Make sure to stay tuned for some upcoming in-person event announcements for your whole family to participate in very soon!

We are heading into our THIRD week of a 5-week Saddleback kids’ series: “MIRACLES!” This week we are looking at when ‘Jesus Heals a Man Born Blind!’ Just like the blind man, we can tell others about the difference that Jesus makes in our lives, and His love for us. Don’t miss this Sunday!

As usual, these video lesson and family resource postings will be updated by Fridays at 4pm on Kidzone Online.

Praying for you, as you transition your kids back to in-person learning at school. May Jesus be your living water.

Have a wonderful weekend playing in the snow!

In His Love,
Pastor Shauna
